Tension Tamer – The ‘classic’ Swedish massage designed to relax muscles, increase
oxygen flow, release toxins and stimulate all of the body’s systems. A gentle, superficial, light/medium pressure
is used and can be fast and invigorating for an increase of circulation or slow
and soothing for a sedating experience.
Aimed at reducing tension from physical and emotional stress, this
massage will leave you feeling relaxed, yet invigorated. Ideal for the massage therapy
‘first-timers’, and those who enjoy light pressure.

The Mommy and Me – A must for mommies-to-be who need to relax tense
muscles caused by unique physical and emotional changes that occur as a result
of increased weight, shifting posture, and adjusting hormone levels during
pregnancy. Eases backaches, headaches,
and shoulder and neck aches caused by tension and shifts in posture. Also promotes relaxation, deep breathing,
and stabilizes hormone levels by lessening anxiety. Helps to alleviate some of the discomfort caused by that pesky
sciatic nerve. Performed in a
side-lying position to assure complete comfort for mom while creating a
cradling effect for baby.
